Guanshan Mountain is located 4 kilometers southwest of Pingding County, only a short distance from Yangquan City. Guan means scholar’s hat in traditional Chinese and the mountain was giving that name because its shape is reminiscent of one.  It is quite famous for ancient trees, precious stones and private school on top of the mountain. There are up to thirty tourist attractions to visit on the mountain, including ancient trees, precious stones a private school and many ancient buildings dating back to  several dynasties.

Guanshan Mountain is a very beautiful place to visit with beautiful scenery at any time of the year.  Depending on which season you pay a visit, you might find green trees, cool rain, birds singing, golden fruits or white snow.
